Josh Jacobs, 28, was arrested Tuesday in Wisconsin and booked on five domestic violence-related counts, including felony strangulation and suffocation; jail records show he was being held without bond.
Hobart-Lawrence police said officers were dispatched Saturday to an alleged disturbance involving the Packers running back, and Chief Michael Renkas called the case an active, ongoing investigation.
