Less than two weeks before WWDC 2026, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that iOS 27’s redesigned Siri will use a dark-only interface with gold-and-blue accents drawn from Apple’s latest event logo.
The new look centers on a dark Search or Ask bar at the top of the screen, with a blinking cursor and surrounding text fields matching the glowing colors in the WWDC 2026 artwork.
Gurman said the interface will appear the same whether an iPhone is set to light mode or dark mode, making the lack of a light-theme option a notable break from Apple’s usual design flexibility.
