$18 million Hidden Hills mansion took center stage over Memorial Day weekend as Jennifer Lopez posted Instagram photos and videos showing newly finished renovations around the pool and cabana.
Poolside changes included replacing hard paving with grass, adding loungers, tables and umbrellas, while the cabana was redone with a brighter palette, marble fireplace, pale green walls and gold chandeliers.
Lopez, 56, hosted family and friends at the property, including her 18-year-old twins Max and Emme, with videos showing the group dining and singing in the renovated outdoor space.
The estate, bought for $17.5 million in February 2025 after her divorce from Ben Affleck, includes more than 8,600 square feet, a guesthouse, pool house, barn, theater, massage room and smart-home security.
$49.99 million is now the asking price for the Beverly Hills mansion tied to Lopez and Affleck, underscoring her shift to a smaller but more private guard-gated home in Hidden Hills.
