Team17 and Beehive Studios released LumenTale: Memories of Trey on Steam and Nintendo Switch on Tuesday, expanding the creature-collecting RPG beyond its earlier Switch eShop rollout.
140 Animon types drive the game’s core loop, with players capturing and training creatures for turn-based PvE and PvP battles ranging from 1v1 duels to 4v4 matches.
Five emotional attribute groups shape battle strategy, while the Anispace hub lets players train companions, craft furniture and strengthen bonds that improve combat effectiveness.
Three editions are available—Standard and Deluxe on both platforms, plus a Steam-only Lumen Edition—and buyers in the first month get Early Adopter Offering DLC.
Beehive Studios, an Italian developer founded in 2021, built the game for Switch with backward compatibility on Nintendo Switch 2.
