May 26’s Showcase Tuesday runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, replacing the usual Tuesday Spotlight Hour slot with PokéStop Showcases.
Pokémon are ranked by biggest size, with height accounting for 80% of the score and weight and IVs making up the rest.
20 categories are active, including Good Buddy or higher, Great Buddy or higher, and every Pokémon type from Bug to Water.
More PokéStops will host Showcases for the event, though some locations that previously ran them may not participate this time.
The Tuesday format is part of Season of Memories in Motion’s Daily Discoveries, and Niantic has not said whether Showcase Tuesday or Spotlight Hour will continue next season.
