Niantic Unveils Pokemon Go's June 2 Forever Forward Season With 5 New Megas and Dynamax Debuts

June 2 marks the start of Pokemon Go's Forever Forward season, which runs through Sept. 8 and adds new Mega Evolutions, Dynamax raids and Daily Discovery changes.
Five new Mega debuts headline the season: Mega Mewtwo X and Y at Go Fest 2026: Global, plus Mega Raichu X, Mega Raichu Y and Mega Skarmory in Mega Raids.
Three Dynamax Pokemon—Electabuzz, Magikarp and Feebas—will join Max Raid Battles as Niantic broadens the season's raid lineup.
Daily Discoveries are also shifting: Scenic Sunday replaces Double-Time Sunday, Tuesdays allow up to five PokeStop Showcases, and Fast-Track Mondays are ending while Max Mondays stay.
The seasonal reset also refreshes GO Battle League, GO Pass, Research Breakthrough encounters, Egg pools and themed stickers as Memories in Motion winds down.
