French families are being asked to join “Ten Days Without Screens,” a nationwide push involving schools, nurseries and local communities to get children off tablets, consoles and other devices.
The 10-day campaign is driven by concerns that heavy screen use harms sleep, concentration and physical health by making children more sedentary, while also slowing social and emotional development.
