Zorin OS Offers 8 Desktop Layouts, Mimicking Windows, MacOS and Linux

Zorin OS lets users reshape its desktop to resemble Windows, macOS or other Linux setups through the built-in Zorin Appearance tool, with layout switching as the main control.
Four layouts come free, while the $47.99 Pro version adds four more modeled on macOS, Windows 11, Ubuntu and KDE Plasma.
Zorin Appearance also changes themes, animations, desktop icons, titlebar button placement, tiling and fonts, letting users fine-tune each layout beyond its default look.
GNOME extensions such as Zorin Taskbar, Zorin Tiling Shell and Zorin Desktop Cube add deeper taskbar, window-management and visual customization.
The flexibility is part of Zorin OS's broader appeal: version 18.1 has logged more than 3.3 million downloads within six months of release.
