Samsung Rolls Out 1,680MB One UI 9 Beta 2 for Galaxy S26 With June 2026 Patch

Two weeks after the first beta, Samsung pushed a second One UI 9 test build for the Galaxy S26 series, signaling a faster rollout than One UI 8.5.
The 1,680MB update — firmware ending ZZEQ and based on Android 17 — carries the June 5, 2026 security patch and targets bugs in the lock screen, routine app, status bar and bulk message deletion.
Samsung’s changelog also lists fixes for GPUWatch pop-up interruptions, LockStar clock font behavior, the lock screen clock drifting downward and a Game Booster entry-point setting error.
The beta is live in the UK and South Korea, with the US and Germany expected next and the program likely to expand to India and Poland.
