$3.8 million is the asking price for Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer’s 5,700-square-foot McKinney home, which he put on the market to move closer to the team’s Frisco headquarters.
McKinney sits about 17 miles from The Star, and the listing agent said the move was driven by work demands because “every minute counts” for an NFL head coach.
The four-bedroom home, built in 2021, includes a movie room, infinity-edge pool and three-car garage; the agent said it quickly found a buyer.
Schottenheimer, promoted to head coach in January 2025, is coming off a 7-9-1 first season as Dallas tries to rebound after missing the playoffs.
