IO Interactive said 007 First Light cannot be pre-loaded on Steam or Xbox, leaving players on those platforms unable to download until the official release time this week.
PlayStation 5 is the only platform getting pre-load because it is mandatory there, while IO has given no official reason for withholding the feature elsewhere.
