DriftGuard said it has cracked Xbox joystick calibration, enabling manual and automatic stick-drift fixes that are written into controller memory and described as permanent and unpatchable.
The breakthrough is claimed to work across nearly every Xbox pad type—wired or wireless—including Xbox 360, Xbox One, Series S|X and Elite V1/V2/Core controllers.
A free browser version already offers calibration, while the updated Steam release with the new Xbox fix is expected within a week or less.
