Opening-day practice at the 2026 Isle of Man TT was abandoned after a serious incident at Parliament Square in Ramsey prompted organisers to cancel the rest of Monday's schedule.
13:50 BST was when the session was red-flagged, with clerk of the course Gary Thompson saying "serious incident procedures" were in place as management of the incident continued.
No further details on the incident were released by organisers.
The 2026 TT is scheduled to continue until 6 June on the 37.7-mile Mountain Course, which runs on closed public roads.
