A unanimous Minnesota Legislature vote approved naming part of Ramsey County State-Aid Highway 96 the Master Sergeant Nicole Amor Memorial Highway.
The designation is meant to honor Amor’s 20 years of military service and her sacrifice, according to bill co-author Rep. Brion Curran.
Curran said the White Bear Lake community continues supporting Amor’s family and children while preserving her legacy through the memorial highway.
