June 4 is the India launch date for Motorola’s Edge 70 Pro+, which adds a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto camera to a triple rear setup led by a 50MP Sony LYT-710 main sensor.
Motorola is positioning the phone around photography after the Edge 70 Pro shipped without a dedicated zoom lens, with teasers highlighting up to 50x AI zoom and portrait focal lengths from 24mm to 85mm.
Rumored hardware pushes it further upscale: a 6.8-inch 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme, up to 16GB RAM, and a 6500mAh battery with 90W wired and wireless charging.
The model is expected to top the Edge 70 lineup in India and may be a rebadged global Edge 70 Pro, with region-specific finishes including Zinfandel red, Stormy Sea teal and Chicory Coffee brown.
