The rebrand recasts the more than 40-year-old waterside hotel around Montauk surf culture, with Ward + Gray interiors, 1960s-style furniture, vintage cassette players and a retro, breezy design.
A private Sunset Beach area, bikes and lawn games are part of the summer offering, while Ditch Plains Beach, Montauk village and nearby state parks sit within a short drive.
