44-year-old Sabrina survived after a sightseeing plane tore through her paraglider canopy near Schmittenhöhe mountain, sending her into a spin before she deployed her emergency parachute and landed.
Video from her onboard camera shows the canopy split apart just above her head as she screamed, untangled herself and descended under the reserve chute.
Police later airlifted her by helicopter to a local airport; she said she escaped with bruises and contusions, while the 28-year-old pilot landed the Cessna 172 safely at Zell am See Airport.
