November 17-19 at ADNEC Abu Dhabi, Tawdheef × Zaheb 2026 will debut a dedicated Entrepreneurship Zone linking Emirati talent with start-ups, SMEs and support organisations.
The expansion targets rising interest among young Emiratis in entrepreneurship and private-sector careers, while backing Emiratisation goals and Nafis-driven hiring incentives.
All 67 organisations from last year plan to return after the 2025 edition drew more than 10,000 Emirati jobseekers; organisers said 44% of exhibitors hired directly at the event.
The 20th edition will also add pre-scheduled employer matching, CV review areas and more on-the-spot interviews as organisers push for measurable recruitment outcomes.
Since launching 20 years ago, the exhibition says it has helped more than 30,000 Emiratis secure jobs or advance their careers, underscoring its role in the UAE's workforce strategy.
