Andrea Bazarte publicly backed Ludwig Kaiser with an “I’m your number one fan forever” post after he reappeared at the rescheduled Serenata for El Grande Americano event in Mexico City.
Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, returned to Mexico days after a May 20 arrest in Orange County, Florida, on a misdemeanor battery charge tied to an April confrontation at his Orlando apartment complex.
Police records said another resident objected to Kaiser and Bazarte kissing in an elevator, and the dispute allegedly escalated into punching and shoving; Kaiser later turned himself in, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 bond.
His legal team sought permission for continued international work travel, and he remains scheduled to face Chad Gable in a Mask vs. Mask match at AAA Noche de los Grandes on May 30 in Monterrey.
With a key match looming, will a battery charge derail Ludwig Kaiser’s international wrestling career?
