San Diego police on Friday published a preliminary timeline for the Islamic Center shooting and identified the three men killed as Amin Abdullah, Mansour Kaziha and Nadir Awad.
Two teenage shooters were found dead in a vehicle near the Islamic Center from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds, according to the department.
Police said staffing shortages remain under review but, based on current information, officers were dispatched within about 5 minutes after the call became Priority 1 and reached the scene within 4 minutes after it was raised to Priority 0.
