Pacifica of the Valley Faces Class Action Over 7 California Labor Code Violations

Los Angeles employment lawyers filed a class action against Pacifica of the Valley Corp. in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging seven California Labor Code violations in Case No. 26STCV11958.
The complaint says employees were required to use personal cellphones for work without reimbursement, allegedly triggering inaccurate wage statements and violating California Labor Code Section 2802.
The suit also alleges unpaid minimum and overtime wages, missed meal and rest breaks, unpaid sick wages, and failure to pay wages when due.
