Victor Wembanyama was the only unanimous pick on the NBA's All-Defensive First Team, extending a season in which he also won Defensive Player of the Year unanimously.

Chet Holmgren, Ausar Thompson, Rudy Gobert and Derrick White joined him on the first team; Holmgren and Thompson also finished second and third in DPOY voting.
The second team featured OG Anunoby, Cason Wallace, Bam Adebayo, Dyson Daniels and Scottie Barnes as the NBA continued rolling out its end-of-season awards.
