A Missouri court sentenced Brayanne Escobar-Guarnizo to 300 months in prison after he pleaded guilty in August 2025 to sexual exploitation of a minor.
DHS said the Colombian national raped and impregnated a 12-year-old girl, and investigators found photos and messages showing repeated advances and requests for nude photos and videos.
Greene County authorities arrested him in September 2024 after receiving a report that the girl had been impregnated; he had initially been charged with production of child pornography.
DHS said Escobar-Guarnizo entered the United States illegally in 2023, and credited ICE Homeland Security Investigations and state and local agencies with securing the sentence.
