Thames Valley Police said detectives are actively seeking witnesses as they assess claims that Jeffrey Epstein sent a woman to Windsor in 2010 for sex with a man appearing to be Prince Andrew.
A 66-year-old man from Norfolk was arrested on Feb. 19 on suspicion of misconduct in public office, interviewed under caution, released under investigation, and had addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk searched.
Police said they are working with the U.S. Justice Department and the Crown Prosecution Service, while reviewing Epstein documents released earlier this year and a growing volume of public tips.
Investigators have spoken with the woman's lawyers and said any report will be handled with anonymity, care and sensitivity as they also support wider outreach to Epstein victims and survivors.
The renewed scrutiny deepens a scandal that pushed Andrew out of royal life in 2019 and led King Charles to strip his titles and military honors in October 2025.
