Clark’s top play for Thursday’s Eastern Conference finals Game 2 is Under 215.5, even after cashing an Over in Game 1 only because the opener went to overtime.
The total opened at 214 and rose to 215.5 despite long slow stretches in Game 1, when New York scored 23 points in each of the first three quarters and Cleveland managed just three in overtime.
He argues the matchup still points lower: the Knicks ranked 27th in pace, control games with rebounding and turnover edges, and have perimeter defenders to pressure Cleveland’s James Harden-Donovan Mitchell attack.
Clark also sees Cleveland’s frontcourt making paint scoring difficult for New York and says a likely Knicks blowout would further drag down second-half pace.
His projected score is Knicks 110, Cavaliers 99, with Cleveland trying to respond after blowing a 22-point lead in Game 1 as Jalen Brunson scored 38.
