May 28 is now Xiaomi’s confirmed global launch date for the 17T and 17T Pro, marking the earliest T-series debut after the 15T line arrived in September 2025.
€749 for the 17T and €999 for the 17T Pro put the new lineup well above the prior generation, with the Pro alone jumping €250 from the 15T Pro.
7,000mAh on the 17T Pro headlines the hardware push, alongside a Dimensity 9500 chip, 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and Leica Summilux cameras; the standard 17T gets a 6,500mAh battery and Dimensity 8500-Ultra.
Xiaomi is positioning the phones as standalone flagships rather than a mid-cycle refresh, but the 17T Pro’s price lands close to the roughly €1,199 Xiaomi 17 Ultra and into competition with Samsung’s Galaxy S26.
Europe and India are confirmed launch markets, with leaked preorder bundles pointing to Redmi Headphones Neo for the 17T and a Xiaomi Smart Band 10 for the 17T Pro.
