September 17 is the release date for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV, with Commander Edition buyers getting in on September 14 after the reveal at the Warhammer Skulls Showcase.
Two editions are up for pre-order at a 10% discount: the $59.99 Standard Edition and the $89.99 Commander Edition, which adds the soundtrack, all Year One content and the early unlock.
Year One support includes free Fall 2026 updates led by the return of Crusade Mode, plus new modes, map packs, a Mission Editor and extra Last Stand commanders.
Two paid expansions will extend the Kronus campaign, including a Blood Ravens prologue and an Aftermath chapter that adds a fifth faction across all game modes.
