Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust dismissed 11 staff after finding they had inappropriately accessed the medical records of victims of the 2023 Nottingham attacks.
12 other staff received final written warnings and two got first written warnings after an internal investigation launched when the breaches emerged in 2025.
The trust said those disciplined included doctors, nurses, other registered medical professionals, and admin and clerical staff, with further investigations still under way.
The case adds to scrutiny of the aftermath of the 13 June 2023 killings of Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates by Valdo Calocane, as a statutory public inquiry continues.
