Marvel Rivals pushed its first Season 8 content update live at 9 a.m. UTC on May 21, adding Daredevil and Peni Parker cosmetics plus the Savage Adventure event.
No server downtime was required because the release was a hotfix rather than a major patch, letting players update and jump straight back into matches.
Savage Adventure runs from May 21 to June 25 and rewards players who complete missions with Ultron's Cybernetic Drip costume for free, alongside Hela's Savage Monarch and Luna Snow's Sonic Trailblazer cosmetics.
Store additions also include Luna Snow's Sonic Trailblazer VFX and chromas from May 21, while Peni Parker bundles and Daredevil's Shadowed Start skin become available from May 22 to June 19.
