$2.1 million in alleged unpaid contractor fees has stalled construction on Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ planned eco-friendly estate in Lewisboro, New York, according to a Daily Mail report citing multiple liens.
$1.35 million of the claims came from FlowCon Inc., which reportedly handled HVAC, plumbing, framing, masonry and waterproofing, while other filings covered drainage, trim, structural and septic work.
The couple assembled the 110-acre site through six parcels bought since 2018, including a largest tract purchased for $12 million, and won approval in 2022 for a downsized 14,500-square-foot main house.
The project was pitched as a primary family home for their four children, with plans including a pool, gym and pool house, though they are thought to be living mainly at their Pound Ridge property.
The property dispute surfaces weeks after Lively settled her legal fight with former co-star Justin Baldoni, adding fresh scrutiny to the couple’s finances and future housing plans.
