Banzai’s OpenReel and Demio products are now available through Ingram Micro’s U.S. channel partner ecosystem under an agreement executed with DistiNow.
The alliance lets Ingram Micro market, sell and support the AI-powered video and webinar tools, which Banzai says should speed enterprise adoption and broaden its distribution-led go-to-market strategy.
BNZI shares jumped 27.12% to $4.48 after the announcement, with trading volume running about 5.7 times average, signaling a stock-specific reaction.
The partnership arrives as Banzai tries to offset financial strain: Q1 revenue fell to $2.7 million, net loss reached $8.4 million, and the company recently cut about $7.8 million of debt.
