Hunter Biden Launches X Account at 56, Drawing GOP Mockery

Hunter Biden’s newly active @HunterBiden account posted its first public message Tuesday — “You’ve never actually heard from me” — and quickly drew thousands of followers and replies.
The account’s authenticity was not independently confirmed, but Hunter Biden’s art gallery website links to it, and the same message appeared on a newly created Substack tied to his online presence.
GOP figures including Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Sen. Jim Banks and Rep. Jason Smith mocked the debut, reviving references to his laptop, legal troubles and other past controversies.
A reposted Candace Owens trailer signaled a Thursday interview, extending a broader media reemergence as Biden, 56, tries to rebuild his image after years of addiction struggles, convictions and scrutiny.
That comeback effort follows a sweeping pardon from Joe Biden covering offenses from 2014 to 2024, after Hunter’s 2024 gun conviction and guilty plea in a tax case involving more than $1.4 million.
