11 weeks into his bodybuilding bet, Peter Mossfield said he has switched from beer to diet coke and vodka and plans to raise his steroid use to get “really shredded” without lifting weights.
17 pounds of weight gain — from 191 to 208 pounds — has come during a regimen of 24 drinks a day, with Mossfield now starting “the cut” on eggs, protein-mixed drinks and alcohol.
Daily updates on his BoozeBagFitness account show him aiming for a bodybuilding competition despite doing no exercise, saying he feels “great” even as he reports poor sleep and cramping.
Dr Kathryn Basford warned that combining anabolic steroids with heavy alcohol use can sharply raise risks including liver damage, heart attack, stroke, pancreatitis and psychological effects.
