Westland tenants Javon Crawford and his wife say their landlord spent about an hour naked with a woman inside their rental home after being asked to remove dead birds from the attic.
Security-camera alerts sent to the wife's phone while the couple was at a hospital visiting a sick grandmother, and Crawford said the footage showed the landlord walking around naked and having sex.
The couple turned the time-stamped video over to police, though the report said it was unclear whether the landlord had committed a crime.
The incident appears at minimum to raise lease-violation questions and has left the tenants wondering whether the landlord had used the home this way before.
