BIG Dzierżoniów retail park is scheduled to open on May 21, marking the latest addition to Poland’s retail-park pipeline.
Redkom Development still has four more retail properties under development, underscoring continued expansion in the segment beyond Dzierżoniów.
Other retail projects are also advancing: a Sekunda retail park is planned in Hajnówka, while M Park Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is set to deliver more than 9,000 sqm across 16 units.
Tenant activity remains active across Polish retail, with Media Expert taking over 1,000 sqm at Homepark Targówek and Martes Sport leasing a 1,600 sqm unit at Auchan Bielany.
