May 19 marks the start of Denuvo Anti-Cheat in Arc Raiders, with Embark limiting the rollout to a small player pool while it monitors results.
Embark said the move targets the shooter’s cheating problem after a positive rollout in The Finals, and it will use Denuvo anti-cheat without Denuvo DRM to reduce performance risks.
Level 25 players also get a new trader, Ermal, who exchanges spare materials and weapons for items including expanded stash space, expedition vault access, cosmetics and blueprints on a weekly rotation.
The patch adds the Rascal grenade launcher alongside bug fixes, balance changes and cosmetic additions, extending a smaller update between Arc Raiders' new twice-yearly major expansions.
