Six Samsung monitors for 2026 opened for pre-order at once, headlined by the 32-inch Odyssey G8 at $1,600, which the company says is the first 6K gaming monitor.
The G8 uses a dual-mode IPS panel that switches between 6K at 165Hz and 3K at 330Hz, aiming to deliver high refresh rates without the steep resolution drops common in rival dual-mode displays.
Gaming models also include a 27-inch Odyssey G8 for $1,000 with 5K/180Hz and QHD/360Hz modes, plus OLED G8 and OLED G7 variants topping out at 240Hz and 330Hz respectively.
Beyond gaming, Samsung added the $900 43-inch 4K Movingstyle Essential with a wheeled stand and smart TV apps, and the $1,400 40-inch ViewFinity S8 with 5K, 144Hz, Thunderbolt 5 and a built-in KVM switch.
The lineup shows Samsung bundling most of its 2026 monitor refresh into one release, spanning studio, home-office and premium gaming use cases, though entry prices still start at $900.
