New RMS and Spot2Nite data show RV park listings within 50 miles of U.S. World Cup host cities more than tripled year on year for the June 10-20, 2026 tournament window.
That expansion comes as hotel demand lags: 80% of surveyed hotel operators said bookings were below initial forecasts, opening room for RV parks and campgrounds to capture traveling fans.
Rates vary sharply by market, with Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Philadelphia averaging $97 to $190 a night, while Dallas and Kansas City average $56 to $68.
Houston has the largest RV park supply base among host markets, with nightly prices ranging from $41 to $223 as operators widen OTA distribution and adjust visibility ahead of demand shifts.
RMS said match outcomes, local demand and booking pace will shape pricing through the tournament, pushing operators toward more dynamic rate strategies.
