Summary
Pinsent Masons has combined its Employment Law Plus and Brook Graham units into Employment Plus, a single employment law training and consultancy service for clients.
The new offering is aimed at employers facing rising legal and cultural pressures, including office-attendance policies, inclusive workplace demands and performance management in a weak economic backdrop.
Employment Plus covers equality law, EDI, mediation, investigations and employment law training, and is designed to sit alongside the firm's Employment & Incentives practice.
The launch also positions the firm to advise on the Employment Rights Act rollout through 2026 and 2027, highlighting which provisions take effect next and what actions employers need to take.
The move extends Pinsent Masons' broader investment in employment work, after it added London incentives partner Ian Shaw from Korn Ferry earlier this year.
