May 27 at 8 a.m. EDT is the global launch time RedMagic set for the 11S Pro, one day after unveiling the 11S Pro and 11S Pro+ in China.
The international lineup appears to shrink to a single phone: a RedMagic 11S Pro with a 7,500mAh battery, 80W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.
That configuration differs from both China models—the Chinese 11S Pro pairs an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging, while the 11S Pro+ uses 7,500mAh with 120W wired and 80W wireless charging.
Most other hardware is expected to carry over, including a 6.85-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Version chip, up to 16GB RAM and a 50MP main camera.
RedMagic's new phone offers elite gaming power, but are its everyday compromises like a weaker camera too high a price to pay?
As mobile gaming soars, can specialized phones truly challenge the dominance of all-around flagships from Apple and Samsung?
