Antone Glionna, 25, was arrested at Montgomery County Jail in New York after deputies said he drove there intoxicated to pick up a friend released following a DWI arrest.
Sheriff Jeffery T. Smith said Glionna raised suspicion by driving into a restricted area instead of the public lot, and a deputy then suspected impairment and gave field sobriety tests.
DMV records showed his license had already been revoked over a prior DWI-related conviction and a chemical-test refusal, leading to additional charges including first-degree unlicensed operation and driving with a BAC of 0.08% or higher.
Glionna, of Hagaman, was processed, issued an appearance ticket for Glen Town Court and released to a third party, underscoring the repeat-offender element in the case.
