Freeths Appoints 16-Year Lawyer Sophie Fulwell to Liverpool Employment Team

Freeths has hired Sophie Fulwell as a director in Liverpool, tasking her with building the office’s employment practice while working across the firm’s national team.
More than 16 years post-qualification, Fulwell advises employers on deals including acquisitions, disposals, investments, IPOs and outsourcing, as well as restructures, redundancies and business transformations.
Her practice also covers day-to-day employment issues such as contracts, senior service agreements, post-termination restrictions and tribunal claims including whistleblowing, discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal.
Freeths said the hire reflects growth in its national employment team, rising client demand for strategic employment advice across the UK and continued investment in senior talent.
