Clinton Wayne Nelan, 33, was arrested Sunday in Elkins, West Virginia, after repeatedly calling 911 to report a UFO, ghosts and zombies at his home.
Four deputies responded to the residence, where authorities said Nelan also falsely claimed he was being harassed by numerous people and identified himself as a police officer from Louisiana.
The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office said its investigation found he was not a law enforcement officer and had misused the emergency telephone system to make false reports.
Nelan was booked into Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a cash-only $2,500 bond, facing charges of 911 misuse and impersonating a law enforcement officer.
