$100 million would make Cedar Cliff the priciest home on the market in Greenwich, with the next-highest listing at less than half that level.
Kathie Lee Gifford and late husband Frank Gifford bought the 2.9-acre waterfront estate for $7.8 million in 1993 and later expanded it with a new wing, movie theater, wine cellar and recording studio.

Gifford said the sale was driven by the home's silence after Frank Gifford's 2015 death and her 2019 move to Nashville, though she had long planned to sell when the timing felt right.
