A conservative vlogger said Panda Express employees in Lakewood, Washington, called police after he wore a MAGA hat and gave a cook a thumbs-up during a livestreamed visit.
Chris Sims said workers told officers he was refusing to leave, but he had already moved to the sidewalk; he said police told staff he had done nothing wrong.
Panda Restaurant Group said it reviewed the incident, called for all guests to be treated with respect, and said the matter was handled at the restaurant level.
Fox News Digital said Tacoma police, Lakewood police and the two vloggers did not immediately respond to requests for additional comment.
