Games Workshop said Ciaphas Cain and Ferik Jurgen will go up for pre-order soon, bringing the Black Library duo from novels to the Warhammer 40,000 tabletop.
The kit lets buyers mount the pair separately or together in a small diorama, with Cain posed theatrically and Jurgen armed with a ready meltagun in Valhallan winter gear.
For the Emperor is also getting a special illustrated, annotated edition with 15 new illustrations and 130 notes from author Sandy Mitchell.
Mitchell, who has written Cain stories for about 25 years, said he never expected official figures for the pair and tied the release to the long-running popularity of the series.
