Shilin police said they have identified a man suspected in the Yangmingshan National Park sex act caught on a wildlife YouTube livestream, but he has not appeared for questioning.
The suspect had indicated he would cooperate, the Taipei Times reported, then stopped responding; police said they could seek an arrest warrant if he keeps ignoring lawful summonses.
The couple is suspected of public indecency and related Criminal Code offenses after uncensored footage from a picnic table in the Qingtiangang area spread widely on social media.
That viral clip turned the picnic table into a tourist draw, bringing copycats, dancers, costumes and noise complaints; even after park staff moved the table, visitors put it back.
