More than 4.1 million tons of corn could be harvested in Zambia this year, the millers association said, pointing to a second straight record crop before the government issues its official forecast.

That larger staple crop could help ease food-price pressure and cool inflation in Zambia.
The bumper harvest also carries fiscal risks, underscoring the challenge for authorities as they prepare to release the official outlook in coming weeks.
