BMW M said the limited-run 2027 M3 CS Handschalter will enter production in July, with North America deliveries starting this fall.
The sendoff model for the sixth-generation M3 pairs a 473-hp 3.0-liter inline-six with a 6-speed manual and rear-wheel drive, reaching 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds and 180 mph.
Weight-saving measures cut about 42 pounds versus a base manual M3, or nearly 75 pounds with optional carbon-ceramic brakes; chassis changes also lower ride height by 6 mm.
Priced at $107,100 plus $1,350 destination, the car will make its public debut on May 23 at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
BMW is positioning the Handschalter as a driver-focused finale for the current M3 generation and a rare manual-only CS model built exclusively for North America.
