Starlink Raises U.S. Internet Prices by Up to $10 as SpaceX Pushes Network Expansion

$55 is now the entry price for Starlink’s 100Mbps U.S. residential plan, up from $50, while its 200Mbps tier rose to $85 and Residential Max to $130.
Starlink also doubled Standby Mode to $10 a month from $5, raised the 100GB Roam plan to $55 and the Unlimited Roam plan to $175, while keeping the 300GB Roam tier at $80.
Customer notices said the increases will fund rapidly expanding network capacity, broader coverage and better reliability aimed at faster, more consistent service.
The move comes as SpaceX told the FCC last week to end $4.5 billion in rural broadband subsidies, arguing Starlink has already solved high-speed access gaps in underserved areas.
